PSA-820 Base-Tack

STAUF PSA-820 Base-Tack is a pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for professional flooring installations requiring reliable bond strength and easy application. It provides dependable tack, spreads easily, and offers flexible installation performance over commonly used subfloors.

Approved Trowels and Spread Rate:

• Carpet Tile, LVP, LVT - #9 (1/32"x1/16"x1/32"): up to 250 SF/gal.
• Carpet Cushion - #1 (1/16"x1/16"x1/16"): up to 200 SF/gal.
• Carpet Tile and F/G sheet vinyl - 3/8" Nap Roller: up to 350 SF/gal.

Open Time: 

• Wet lay: Up to 30 minutes
• Dry lay: Up to 24 hours

Flash Time:

• Wet lay: 20-40 minutes
• Dry lay: 45-75 minutes

Cure Time & Normal Traffic:  Approx. 24 hours

Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture in original, unopened container.
