LVP-777 Pro-Lux

STAUF LVP-777 Pro-Lux is a specially formulated adhesive designed for the installation of luxury vinyl tile and plank flooring. It delivers excellent green grab and very high shear strength, providing reliable performance for professional installations.

LVP-777 may be installed as a wet-lay adhesive or used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, with typical flash times of 20–30 minutes depending on temperature and relative humidity. It performs well over both absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors and is engineered to help reduce issues associated with shrinkage, cupping, and end lifting or curling.

The adhesive is non-hazardous, contains no VOCs, is certified as very low emission by an independent laboratory, and is eligible for LEED points.

Approved Trowels and Spread Rate:

• Underlayments: #15 trowel (3/32" x 3/32" x 3/32") up to 130 SF/gal
• Flat backed material: #1 trowel (1/16" x 1/16" x 1/16" V notch) up to 70 SF/gal
• Rough backed material: #2 trowel (1/8" x 1/8" x 1/16" V notch) up to 90 SF/gal
• Thin flooring over non-porous subfloor using PSA: #9 trowel (1/32" x 1/16" x 1/32") up to 250 SF/gal

Open Time:

• Wet lay: Up to 60 minutes @ 70° F
• Dry lay: Up to 2 hours @ 70° F

Flash Time:

• Wet lay: 5-25 minutes @ 70° F
• Dry lay: Up to 60 minutes @ 70° F

Cure Time for Normal Traffic:  Approximately 24 hours

Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture in original, unopened container.
